UL-SP WASHING UNITS

SELF-PRIMING WASHING UNIT C.I.P.

The new washing unit is made up of a pressurisation pump (TCV) that controls
the delivery of the rotating washing group and a self-priming aspiration pump
(TA) that sucks the liquid detergent from the tank to be cleaned.
It has a 350 litre accumulation and detergent recovery tank.
An aspiration filter for inspection.
Can function in three different ways by use of the appropriate valves installed.
  1. Pre-wash with water from the system
  2. Wash with recirculation and recovery
  3. Final rinse with clean water
Complete with: electrical control panel, a level probe, manometer,
vacuometer and valves.
On request it can be fitted with one or more resistors to re-heat the water in
the accumulation tank.
